Improvement is guaranteed in the area(s) of remediation based on Learning Solutions assessment scores when an educational testing update is completed. Updates occur when a student reaches the end of a Language Stage or specific math strategy (#28 and #72). The following conditions apply:

• The student MUST attend twice weekly with few disruptions in this routine,
• The student MUST complete ALL homework assigned,
• The student MUST demonstrate a good attitude and effort towards tutoring,
• The student MUST be working towards and not currently at grade level.

Improvement is guaranteed in the area ‘boosted’ from Learning Solutions assessment scores after two consecutive weeks of Turbo Boost. The following conditions apply:

• The student MUST complete all homework assigned,
• The student MUST demonstrate a good attitude and effort towards tutoring,
• The student MUST be working towards and not currently at grade level.

If the student has met all of the conditions outlined above, and has not improved in one or more of the remediation areas at update time, he will be tutored for FREE by one of the Directors of Learning Solutions until he has made the appropriate gains in his skills.
